What a Loser!

That'd be me! I've been exercising (off and on...mostly off...) and eating better for the past 5 or 6 weeks. On Fridays, I've been weighing in. As of last Friday, March 7, I've lost 9lbs. I even measured myself the first week. So I decided to measure myself Friday morning, just to see...I've lost an INCH off of my waist! WOOHOO!!!

Congrats! That's so great. I wish I could say that I was doing as well with my gym program. But, alas, I am not. I go but once a week and it probably does me little to no good. I wish I were as dedicated as you are, my friend! Hey, I am going to FL for two weeks, can you help me out again with the mail thing? I understand if you can't but it will again give me an excuse to take you to a nice lunch or dinner when I get back - plus a FL gift!
